When we last left off I was headed to Lowe’s speedway to check out the facilities… We piled in to a 15 passenger van and they drove us around the place, pointing out the garages and the pits, etc… pretty sweet, but I didn’t know much about all the people and places the tour guide was talking about. Thanks to Z and Frank for hooking us up with the tour!  The highlight was when we got to drive around the track at about 75 MPH. I can’t imagine what it would be like to drive 200 MPH around that thing! It was scary enough just parking on one of the 24 degree banks. It was a sweet tour and I had a great time… however, I have to report that I have not been hooked by NASCAR yet… I do however want to check out a race at some point and perhaps then I will be hooked. Time shall tell… Till then NASCAR, till then. WB
